Mylène graduated in Cultural Project Management. Through her different experiences, she developed an expertise in community work and music by proposing specific activities for children from age 3-12 and teenagers from age 12-18. She is a specialist in setting up pedagogic partnerships with educational institutions. As she mainly worked in venues and associations located in rural areas, Mylène is used to setting up cultural project in rural territories and small towns.
In her current position at 109 in Montluçon she is in charge of managing the rehearsal studios, setting up musical actions in prisons, and facilitating the access of everybody to ethic, pedagogic, and artists issues. She is also familiar with sound regulations and safety issues in music venues.
