Since its foundation in 2005, Armando Ruah is the director of ACCES, the Spain state-wide Cultural Association of Live Music Clubs. He has also been working since 2004 as a stage manager and artistic consultant at Etnosur, a World Music festival in Alcalá la Real. From 2009 to 2013, he was the manager director of GPS a Spanish network for emerging bands depending from the Ministry of Culture. He also worked for Neapolis Producciones a World Music booking office as tour manager present in different World Music festivals with international bands. He is also the founder of Suristan, a world music venue in Madrid. Armando is a board member since 2011.
